Prior to founding SerpaLaw, Sarah worked as a litigator at the law firm of Callahan & Blaine and was the responsible attorney for the largest pre-trial personal injury settlement in U.S. history, achieving a $50,000,000.00 settlement for two Orange County mothers rendered quadriplegic. Over the course of her 20 year career, Sarah has successfully prosecuted many personal injury cases resulting in six and seven figure settlements and awards. Sarah also represented families involved in the Seal Beach Massacre and victims of the Las Vegas Mandalay Bay shooting.
In addition, Sarah has extensive experience in litigating against governmental entities. She has developed a unique knowledge in the area of roadway design and traffic engineering, helping her clients successfully litigate claims against the government bodies that maintain them.

Sarah is admitted to practice law in the state of California and in the United States District Courts of California and Colorado. She received her B.S. in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1998.
